Manufacturing technology used in the ROTO 50 V2:
- Crank case - CNC milled casting.
- Cylinder ) - it is CNC milled from one piece of aluminum with pressed in liner made from mild-grain cast iron, honed to the correct size.
- Piston - Cast from high silicon aluminum alloy with one piston ring.
- Piston rod - forged, Two needle bearings are pressed into piston rod
- Crank shaft - made from one piece of steel, it is hardened and ground
- Back plate of the engine -a CNC milled casting, in which a hardened rotary valve is housed
Engine parts are assembled only after a complete QC inspection. Every engine is then test run and the carburetor is given an initial adjustment. These engines are made by modelers for modelers by Strojírna CITA s.r.o. of the Czech Republic. Warranty is two years.
